Undergoing renovations..not told..no amentites available..charged full price despite this fact..hotel staff rude regarding complaints from customers. Traveled with small child..depend on pool for diversionary recreation..not anything for him to do..reason I chose this hotel

They provide many type of service - great bar, good wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. The room is spacious and essentials you need, including a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a writing desk, is right there. The location is great, 1 mile from Daemen College.

Everything was top-notch here - the parking was right on the property, the room felt like it had just been remodeled and was in great shape. This place was really quiet, unlike some other spots we've stayed at before. 🌟

Our room was bigger than expected for the amount that we paid. A pleasant surprise! Very clean, bed was comfortable. Location was great, as it was right off of the exit. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to this area.
